How to Apply for Quest Adventure Camp

Step 1: Application
Complete our online application form. Campers who are not students at Quest School will need to provide supporting documents, such as IPP, psycho-educational assessment, or letters of diagnosis.
Please note that dates are not reserved until your application has been approved and registration and payment have been completed.
There is a $40 administrative fee to apply.
Campers who are CURRENT users of Quest Care and Rec can submit a shortened version of the application form. The first question on the form will ask you to identify if your child uses Before and After Care and/or Holiday Care during the 2024-2025 school year, allowing you to bypass 90% of the form questions.
Step 2: Assessment
You will be contacted by the camp manager to discuss your application, ensuring we have a full understanding of your child and their needs, and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
We will contact your child’s teacher to get their insights on how to best support your child. You will be asked for this contact information on your application form.
Your application will be assessed to determine if we are able to safely support your child at QAC. We aim to be as inclusive as possible, but the safety of our campers, our staff, and the public is our top priority.
Step 3: Registration
The camp manager will inform you of the status of your application. If we are able to admit your child, you will be invited to complete your registration by visiting our online registration page, where you will be able to select your desired dates and make your payment. Your child’s space is reserved when payment has been received and registration form is completed.
Step 4: Pre-camp questionnaire
In June, complete a short questionnaire which includes our permission form and medication information. You will be asked to select desired dates for Before and After Care at this time.
Step 5: All set!

Cancellation Policy
(1) The $40 application fee is non-refundable.
(2) Cancellations received before the registration cut-off date (May 27), will receive a full refund of camp fees.
(3) Cancellations received after the cut-off but before June 17th will receive a 50% refund of camp fees.
(4) For cancellations after June 17th, please contact us. Refunds will only be issued for medical reasons and family emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
